Verify your game’s earnings

rostats estimates what every game earns from its player-hours. If a game is yours, you can replace the estimate with the real number from Roblox. Buyers on the marketplace see it as verified, and you can keep it private if you prefer.

What you get

  • A Verified badge on your game pages, with real daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenue from Roblox’s own analytics instead of our estimate.
  • Your choice of public or private. Private means only you see the real numbers on rostats; everyone else still sees the estimate.
  • Paying users and playtime alongside revenue, refreshed every night.
  • On the marketplace, a listing for a verified game shows buyers the real revenue. It is the strongest thing a listing can say.

What rostats can and cannot do with the key

The key you create is read-only and limited to analytics for the experiences you pick. It cannot change your games, spend Robux, publish, or read anything outside those experiences. rostats stores it encrypted and uses it for one thing: reading your revenue, paying users and playtime once a day. You can delete it from Creator Hub at any moment and it stops working everywhere, including here.

Steps

  1. Sign in with Roblox on rostats. Your public games appear on your account page automatically; if one is missing, add it by link.
  2. Open Creator Hub → Open Cloud → API keys and choose Create API key. Name it something like rostats analytics.
  3. Under Access permissions, add the API system universe-analytics. Add each experience you want verified and tick the one operation, universe.analytics:read. Nothing else.
  4. Under Security, leave IP restrictions empty (rostats reads from its own server) or add 165.227.214.20. Set an expiry if you like; you can paste a new key later.
  5. Save and copy the key. Roblox shows it once.
  6. Back on rostats, open your account page, paste the key under Verified earnings and save. rostats checks it against your games right away and shows which ones it can read.
  7. Choose Public if you want the verified numbers on your game pages for everyone, or leave it private.

Groups

For a game owned by a group, create the key while acting as the group owner: in Creator Hub switch the creator selector to the group before opening API keys. The key then covers the group’s experiences. Only the group owner can grant analytics access.

Soon: one click instead of a key

Roblox has said it will enable the analytics permission for “Sign in with Roblox” apps. When it does, rostats will ask for it at sign-in and this page becomes a single button. Keys already pasted keep working.
