Terms of service

The service

rostats collects public statistics about Roblox games and shows them as tables, charts and estimates. Player counts are sampled, not continuous. Earnings, session length and similar figures are estimates derived from public numbers and can be wrong; do not rely on them as the sole basis for a purchase or investment.

rostats is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

Accounts

You need an account to add games, keep a watchlist, subscribe or use the marketplace. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be 18 or older to subscribe, buy or sell. One person, one account.

Pro

Pro costs $20 a month or $200 a year, charged in advance by card through Stripe, and renews until you cancel. Cancel from your account page; access runs to the end of the paid period. See refunds. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell the data or use automated access beyond ordinary browsing. API access is available on request.
• Do not share a Pro account or its exports with people who have not paid.
• Do not attempt to bypass Pro gates, rate limits or verification.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with a refund of any unused prepaid period unless the breach was deliberate.

Marketplace

The marketplace lets verified owners sell Roblox games to Pro members. rostats is the venue and holds the buyer's payment until the handover is confirmed; rostats is not a party to the sale and does not guarantee a game's statistics, revenue, moderation status or future performance. Buyers should do their own checks before paying.

• Sellers must own the game they list, directly or through a group they own, and must transfer it within 7 days of payment.
• Buyers pay the agreed price plus the service fee (5%, minimum $10). The price is released to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt.
• Payouts go through Stripe. Sellers agree to Stripe's connected account agreement when they set up payouts; Stripe verifies identity and handles payouts and tax reporting.
• Listings must be accurate. Misrepresenting a game, selling a game you do not own, or moving a deal off the platform to avoid the fee ends your access to the marketplace.
• Transfers of Roblox experiences are subject to Roblox's own terms. rostats cannot force Roblox to complete or reverse a transfer.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, rostats is not liable for losses arising from use of the data, from outages, or from a marketplace transaction between members. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
